Jazztel needed to improve its operations logic to manage the customer files in Back Office. The company managed to have a platform for all of its provision and information exchange services and achieved a traces system for auditing. These benefits were achieved by deploying a SOA architecture.
A web application was designed which was 100% integrated in the CRM of onthespot for its sales representatives and partners, with a strong focus on user experience, multi-device and usability. Oracle JET and Oracle Service Bus were used. As a result, onthespot managed to simplify and streamline the contracting/provision of its products, to incorporate commercial partners with greater agility and it was able to deprecate obsolete legacy systems both in technology and in processes.
