Our mission includes sustainability, balance and respect, as well as a vocation to serve. Our culture promotes integrity, transparency, trust, personal growth, in a friendly environment of equal opportunities. We are aware of the commitment we have with all agents who comprise the company: the customers, the employees, the providers, the stakeholders, the communities in which we have offices and the environment.
We have defined our company social responsibility policy upon the pillars that support our business model: the quality of the services offered, the importance of human capital and the repercussion of our activity on society.
We consider common sustainability criteria (security, health, ecology, good practices) upon which we support our corporate behaviour (conciliation, participation, diversity), which directly influences the employees and therefore society. The company and the people are joined by a third basic pillar: the Planet. Since 2018 we support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) adopted by the United Nations in 2015 to eradicate poverty, to protect the planet and the guarantee prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda.
We have also taken a step towards creating avanttic_lives (ecological, healthy, solidary, team), the most social loudspeaker of the company. An initiative led by volunteers who carry out campaigns that have an impact on the society in which we live.
Code of ethics
The avanttic code of ethics is divided into 3 sections (work environment, business environment and social environment), reflecting how our professional ethics should begin with the closest environment and continue to expand to all agents with whom we interact every day.
United Nations Global CompactLaunched in 2000, the United Nations Global Compact is a call to companies to align strategies and operations with ten universal principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and take actions that advance societal goals. Today, with more than 9.500 companies and 3.000 organizations, based in over 160 countries and more than 70 local network, spreads that companies everyhere -of all sizes an from all sectors- can play a role in impoving our world.avanttic joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2018. In 2019 we renew our commitment to the Global Compact and in 2020 we did it again, by presenting our Communication on Progress (COP).
We guarantee the employment rights of all employees regarding salaries, working days, working hours, overtime and integration of people with disabilities.
Health and safety policy
We comply with the occupational risk prevention plan and the fire evacuation and prevention plan. We have Material Damage Insurance and Civil Liability Insurance and a staff safety policy adapted to the new law.
Management of diversity
We guarantee that all employees are treated equally, without any type of discrimination. We believe that equal opportunities improve the work environment and the efficiency of the organization.
We trust the employees and we encourage a personal and family balance through flexible working hours and the possibility of working remotely.

We understand the health of our employees to be a vital aspect and we support the measures necessary in achieving this through the promotion of healthy activities: walks, paddle tennis tournaments and healthy breakfasts.
We understand the importance of social development and the integration of the most underdeveloped groups. We carry out different community initiatives which allow us to donate part of our time and raise funds for various entities and NGOs.
